Ticket Concerns

Once you confirm your order, our discount e-tickets become instantly available! Your receipt and your tickets will be emailed to you. Please check your spam or bulk mail folder if, shortly after placing your order, you do not receive your electronic tickets.

You may also ask for your tickets to be sent to you by calling or texting us at (888)295-7375.

There is no need to print them out. Just get them scanned at the attraction with your phone and you are good to go!

No, most attractions do not check the name on the ticket. Simply present your ticket at the gate and the attraction staff will scan the barcode/QR code on the ticket to grant you entry.

Payment and Billing
